Sushi Bagel

 2 bagels
 4 tbsp cream cheese spread
 8 thin slices of cured smoked salmon
 1 avocado
 ¼ cup shredded carrots ( you can buy pre shredded or shred one carrot with a cheese grater)
 sriracha sauce

Prepare your carrots and avocado.
- Pit and slice your avocado into 12 thin slices.
- You can buy pre shredded carrots or shred 1 carrot with a cheese grater.

Cut your bagels in half and toast.

On each half of the bagels, spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Then top with 2 slices of salmon, 2 slices of avocado and a sprinkle of carrots.

Drizzle lightly with sriracha and enjoy!
