S’mores Pie

 ½ cup butter
  cup sugar
 1 large egg
 1 cup graham crackers crumbles
 1 cup flour
 1 cup marshmallow creme
 4 full sized hershey bars or 6 oz milk chocolate chips
 1 cup mini marshmallowsor large ones cut into chunks

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray.

Notes:
It is not necessary to grease your pie pan. If you plan on removing the whole pie before serving, lightly use cooking spray.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add your egg and mix until everything is combined. Slowly stir in your flour and graham cracker crumbles to make a dough.

Reserve 1/3 the dough and set aside. Press the rest of the dough into the 9" pie pan. Make sure to go up the sides.

Gently spread the marshmallow creme over the dough you just pressed in the pan.

Next layer your chocolate over the marshmallow creme. Reserve some of the pieces to decorate the top.

Evenly place your marshmallows on top of the chocolate.

Get the remaining 1/3 dough. Roll it into even sized balls, and gently press them flat. Carefully spread them over the pie by placing them on top of the marshmallows. They will not cover the whole pie, marshmallows should peek out.

Bake for about 18 minutes. Periodically check the oven, the graham cracker dough should be cooked through and marshmallows should be golden brown.

After removed from oven, press some chocolate pieces into the top of pie. Enjoy!
