Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large rimmed cookie sheet with heavy foil and set aside.
Add ground chuck, garlic powder and 2 tbs of peanut butter to a large bowl and gently mix together. Do not overwork the meat, this will lead to a more dense tough burger. Divide the meat into 6 patties and place them on the cookie sheet, finish with a sprinkle of salt. Bake until patties reach 160F, this is about 20 minutes depending on the size of your patties.
Pat hamburger patties dry. Lightly spread remaining 1 tbs of peanut butter on the top of each pattie.
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor, pulse until everything looks combined but not watery. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together mayo and sriracha. Set aside.
Carefully place buns cut side down directly on the rack in the 350F oven. Allow to toast for about 3 minutes and remove.( I recommend using tongs)
Assemble the burger in the following order.
Bottom Bun, Sriracha Mayo, Lettuce, Pattie, Cheese, Bacon Jam, Crispy Onion and Top Bun.
