Add flour, sugar, seasoning, salt and pepper too a large gallon ziplock baggy. Seal shake and set aside.
Whisk the egg and milk in large bowl and set aside.
Cube the chicken into nugget size and place into milk mixture. Let soak for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken and transfer to a zip block baggy seal and shake.
Fry chicken in 350F oil for 5-8 minutes or internal temperature reads 165F on an instant thermometer.
