Chicken Nuggets
 2 cups all purpose flour
 2 tsp powder sugar
 1 tbsp creola seasoningif you don't like spicy sub paprika and garlic powder
 1 tbsp salt
 ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
 1 cup buttermilkcan substitute whole milk
 1 egg
 3 large bonless chicken breast
 oil for fryingcanola or peanut
Echo's Nugget Sauce
  cup mayo
 1 tsp fresh black pepper
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tsp liquid smoke
 2 tbsp bbq sauce

Add flour, sugar, seasoning, salt and pepper too a large gallon ziplock baggy. Seal shake and set aside.

Whisk the egg and milk in large bowl and set aside.

Cube the chicken into nugget size and place into milk mixture. Let soak for 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and transfer to a zip block baggy seal and shake.

Fry chicken in 350F oil for 5-8 minutes or internal temperature reads 165F on an instant thermometer.
