Homemade Protein Pancake Mix

 1 ½ cups stone ground wheat flourcan substitute all purpose flour or regular wheat flour
 ½ cup oat flour
 1 cup whey protein isolate mix
 1 tsp buttermilk powder
 1 tbsp brown sugarcan substitute baking splenda or coconut sugar
 1 tbsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air tight container or zip block. When ready to cook using ratios below.
