Pork Noodle Bowl

 12 oz lo mein noodles
 1 lb ground pork
 1 ½ cups fresh green beans
 ½ oz fresh cilantro(About one handful, or 1/2 cup with stems before chopping.)
 1 jalapeno
 ½ cup shredded carrotts
 5 green onions
 2 tsp sesame oil
 1 cup teriyaki sauce (Click here for my homemade teriyaki sauce recipe. https://echoash.com/recipes/simple-teriyaki-sauce/ )
 ½ tbsp gochujang red chili
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp olive oil

Prepare your fresh ingredients and set aside:

- Trim ends off green beans and cut in half.
- Cut onions on a bias and separate the white pieces from the green.
- Remove stems from cilantro and chop.
- Slice pepper into very thin pieces.

Boil the noodles for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat and toss with sesame oil. Set aside for later.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, ground pork, garlic powder, green beans, and the white portions of the green onions. Cook for for about 9 minutes, green beans should be cooked through and pork should have no pink. Sprinkle one tablespoon of teriyaki sauce in meat mixture.

Turn the heat off. Add the noodles, carrots, chili sauce and remainder of teriyaki. Gently mix together.

Top with jalapeño peppers and green onions.
